All the regular classes of the timetable start with a 10″ meditation, followed by the practice of yoga asanas (postures) with breath awareness.

Totally new to yoga? This is a good place to start, where you will learn step by step the ABC of the primary yoga poses in a simple yet energetic way. You will build up strength and understanding of yoga weekly in this very informative course. Every term is different. So, book it again for next term if the time suits you!
For people with some experience of yoga. The basic postures are taught as a foundation. The pace of the class is determined respecting the level of the students. Students are encouraged to become more familiar with their breathing and learn to understand it in very simple ways.
The General class are designed for more experienced students. The basic as well as more challenging postures such as inversions (upside down postures) are taught. What differs from Beginners to General classes is the level and depth of the instructions given in class. Variations in the inversions might be taught, as well as deeper backbends and forward bends. Prepare to be challenged in great ways. Pranayama (breathing exercises) are also introduced. Options and modifications are given to those less experienced if needed. These classes are not suitable for totally beginners.
